Prescription Information
For VR use, it is recommended to use a farsighted prescription. VR devices simulate distant scenes, with the focal distance of devices like the Oculus Quest 3 being approximately 1.3 meters (4 feet).
Yes. For VR lenses, the farsighted part of the prescription is primarily needed, as the VR experience involves a distant visual focus. For example, the Oculus Quest 3 has a focal distance of 1.3 meters (4 feet). The ADD value (used for near reading parts) in the prescription will not be used.
This means that your CYL (cylinder) value for astigmatism is 0.
Please provide both values. We will determine which PD value is applicable.
For VR headsets that support PD adjustment, the PD value is not mandatory. You can use smartphone apps, such as GlassesOn, to measure your PD yourself.
Orders and Payments
If you are unsure how to fill in the prescription values, you can send a copy of your prescription to support@morealm.com. We will provide a direct payment link to help you complete your order.
We do not directly accept HSA/FSA cards. However, you can submit a reimbursement request via email with our receipt attached. The reimbursement process typically takes 48 hours.
After submitting your order, we will automatically send a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Most order issues can be resolved if you contact us promptly. Please ensure that your prescription information is accurate before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to consult our customer service.
If you have not ordered custom lenses and we have not yet shipped your order, you can cancel it. Custom lenses cannot be canceled once production has begun.
We process payments through PayPal to ensure your credit card information is secure and not visible to the merchant.
Standard production time is 1-4 business days. Special prescription lenses may take longer. You will be notified if it takes more than 5 business days.
We offer international shipping.
- Expedited Shipping: 5-10 days (including manufacturing time)
- Standard Shipping: 12-16 days (including manufacturing time)

Returns and Refunds
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If the error is on our part, we will replace the lenses unconditionally. If the prescription was filled out incorrectly, we offer a discount so you can reorder with the correct prescription.
